Today we are dispatching 3 valves for a cooling unit installation.
Our DN80 valves are used to supply safety relief valves on liquid CO₂ (LCO₂) lines, operating at temperatures as low as -50°C.

🔍 What does the customer need?
To ensure the safety of both operators and equipment during maintenance operations.
The client requires the ability to keep 2 out of 3 valves open during intervention phases, in order to maintain continuous system protection.
To meet this requirement, our valves are equipped with an interlocking system.

🎯 The purpose is to:
● Prevent CO₂ overpressure
● Eliminate accidental operator actions
● Allow system isolation during production before any maintenance intervention

⚙️ What is an interlocking system?
It is a key-based locking system that enforces specific operating rules.
This interlocking system is subject to clearly defined maintenance procedures set by the customer.
The idea is simple: a valve can only be opened or closed when certain conditions are met.
Thanks to the key system, closing more than one of the three valves at the same time is impossible.
