🌍 What happens when teams from China, India, the Middle East, Spain and France all come together in Gisors?

We talk production, of course.

But also working methods, challenges, best practices, market differences and, sometimes, very different ways of solving the same problem.

Last week, we welcomed our international teams and BAC Valves to our Gisors site, giving them the opportunity to discover our manufacturing processes and get a closer look at our day-to-day industrial operations.

No lengthy speeches — just hands-on discussions, real-life insights and time spent together on the shop floor.
Because this is also how an international group learns to work better together.

A big thank you to our Gisors teams for the warm welcome, and to everyone who helped make this visit such a valuable opportunity to connect and share.

One Group. Many Countries. One Vision.
